I offer integrative psychotherapy and counselling.
I work face to face, short-term and long-term, with adults and adolescents (from 16
years-olds). "Integrative", because I draw on various theories in order to respond to your
needs. My aim is to offer a safe space where past and current wounds can be given a voice,
witnessed and mourned for. I strongly believe that an open, non-judgmental and compassionate
dialogue can heal and transform. My role is to be a companion in your personal journey and
to help you find new meaning.
I have worked in London and Brussels with people of all ages, cultures and backgrounds.
I have experience of working with issues such as loss and bereavement, anxiety, depression,
childhood and adult trauma, and relationship struggles. I am fluent in English and French and I am happy to work in both languages.
Qualifications
- Registered Psychotherapist with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP).
- MSc and Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy, from the Metanoia Institute (London) (Middlesex University).
